Abstract

В статье предлагается использовать в отношении вузов специальный термин «недобросовестное конкурентное поведение» для обозначения ряда стратегий, формирующих локальные относительные конкурентные преимущества за счет снижения издержек обеспечения качества образования, ограничения конкуренции на локальных рынках образовательных услуг и иным образом ориентирующих вуз на игнорирование социально-просветительской функции
