Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются экономические условия возникновения случаев злоупотребления доминирующим положением различных хозяйствующих субъектов на аэропортовой территории. На примере случая установления монопольно высоких цен на услуги парковки на территории, прилегающей к аэропорту, исследована дея- тельность ФАС России по регулированию экономических отношений в аэропортовой инфраструктуре.
