К Вопросу Повышения Конкурентоспособности Морского Транспортного Узла В Современных Условиях

Abstract

В статье рассматривается деятельность морского транспортного узла и составляющих его компаний. Исследование данного вопроса осуществляется автором на основе процессного подхода, который объясняет работу узла и его компаний с позиции бизнес-процессов. На основании полученных результатов автор приходит к заключению о том, что в современных условиях актуализируется необходимость рассматривать морской транспортный узел как институт партнерских отношений, регулирующий производственные процессы его участников через межфирменное взаимодействие. Это повысит конкурентоспособность как узла, так и составляющих его компаний вследствие персонификации отношений с покупателями услуг, а также синергетического эффекта от партнерского взаимодействия
