Конкуренция Внутри Инновационой Триады

Abstract

Понятие конкуренции в отношении внешней среды организации известно всем и изучено уже в большой степени. Однако конкуренция может возникать и во внутренней среде компании, между основными участниками инновационного проекта. В данной статье рассматриваются взаимоотношения между инвестором, менеджером инновационного проекта и автором инновации, (т. е. внутри «инновационной триады») для того, чтобы показать наличие конкуренции, а также исследуется ее влияние на реализацию всего проекта.
