Abstract

В данной статье автор описывает взаимосвязь качества образовательных услуг и конку- рентоспособности вуза. Рассматриваются разные логики функционирования вузов в ры- ночном и бюджетном секторах образовательной сферы, в применении к ним раскрывается неоднозначность категории «конкурентоспособность вуза». Исследуя отношения общест- венной образовательной аккредитации как рыночные, автор описывает стратегии пози- ционирования аккредитационных организаций и отмечает необходимость использования принципиально новых инструментов обеспечения качества образовательных услуг.
