Тактика Конкурентных Действий Участников Рынка

Abstract

В статье раскрывается различие тактического и стратегического конкурентного поведения фирм. Автором описывается система тактического менеджмента конкурентных действий фирмы, выделяются тактические конкурентные операции и тактические модели конкурентных действий. Подчеркивается взаимосвязь планирования тактических операций, расстановки конкурентных сил между тактическими соперниками на тактически выгодно конкурентном поле и определения тактических конкурентных преимуществ и недостатков фирм-конкурентов. Автор раскрывает содержание тактических конкурентных диспозиций, предполагающих разработку фирмами подходящих тактических операций и организационных сценариев их проведения.Также автором выделены и раскрыты отдельные компоненты менеджмента тактических операций: организационные и мотивационные условия, оперативный контроль проведения тактических операций с определением степени устойчивости конкурентных действий.
