Abstract

В статье раскрывается система менеджмента конкурентных действий. Описывается место менеджмента конкурентных действий в общей системе управления предприятием, последовательно раскрываются все основные компоненты менеджмента конкурентных действий: анализ конкурентной среды, инструменты аудита участников конкурентного окружения, целевое планирование конкурентных действий, формирование конкурентных диспозиций, прогнозирование ответных конкурентных действий, выбор конкурентного«поля», ресурсное и организационное обеспечение конкурентных действий, контроль совершения конкурентных действий, конкурентная мотивация.Приводится типовой набор методов простого и взвешенного сравнения участников конкурентного окружения, предлагаются способы вычленения векторов конкурентных отличий, способы составления конкурентной карты рынка и ряд других инструментов конкурент-менеджмента.В статье также приведены характеристики конкурентных действий, значимые на стадии их планирования: эффективность, сила, качество, скорость, интенсивность, устойчивость. Кроме того, описываются основные направления конкурентной мотивации работников компании: укрепление личной конкурентоспособности, стимулирование конкурентного селф-менеджмента и конкурентной самомотивации.
