Некоторые Аспекты Обеспечения Конкурентоспособности Территориальных Налоговых Органов Во Взаимодействиис Бизнесом

Abstract

В статье исследуются некоторые аспекты конкурентоспособности налоговой системы в целом и территориальных налоговых органов в частности, при их взаимодействии с налогоплательщиками по поводу осуществления налогового контроля. Обосновано и раскрыто конкурентное соперничество налоговых органов и предпринимательских структур в отношениях налогообложения, показано, что необходимо трансформирование структуры налоговой инспекции и ее информационной системы. Также формулируется проблема профессиональной компетентности налоговых инспекторов.
