Роль Эклектической Теории Даннинга В Выборе Способа Проникновения На Рынки Зарубежных Стран

Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению теоретических основ выбора способа проникновения ком¬пании на рынки зарубежных стран. Цель исследования состоит в разработке теорети¬ческих основ принятия компаниями решений о стратегии интернационализации своей деятельности. В качестве базовой для целей исследования была выбрана теория Даннинга о прямых иностранных инвестициях. В работе представлено теоретическое развитие теории и предложена методология анализа факторов, позволяющая бизнесу принимать решение о наиболее эффективной зарубежной стратегии. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в практической деятельности компаний при ведении международных операций.
