Критерии Конкурентоспособности Морского Транспортного Узла В Контексте Специфики Его Деятельности И Взаимоотношений С Покупателями Услуг

Abstract

В статье исследованы понятие, проблемы, перспективы развития, а также факторы конкурентоспособности морского транспортного узла с учетом специфики его деятельности, в контексте взаимоотношений с покупателями услуг. В результате проведенных исследований автор приходит к заключению, что основными критериями, определяющими конкурентоспособность морского транспортного узла, являются стоимость обслуживания судна, оплата погрузочно-разгрузочных работ, время стоянки судна, ценность оказываемых услуг. С учетом детерминированности конкурентоспособности морского транспортного узла от взаимодействия составляющих его элементов, конкурентная стратегия узла, по мнению автора, должна формироваться на основе маркетинга взаимодействия.
