Эффективная Управленческая Команда И Конкурентоспособность Организации

Abstract

Конкурентоспособность предприятия может быть повышена благодаря формированию эффективной управленческой команды. Данная статья является итогом изучения взаимосвязи между критериями эффективности управленческой команды и факторами конкурентоспособности предприятия. Выяснилось, что качество менеджмента влияет на повышение объемов продаж, удовлетворенность членов команды от совместной работы и улучшение процессов коммуникации и сотрудничества.
