Бизнес-Стратегия Компании И Торговая Политика Государства: Как Учесть Вступление России В Вто?

Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению взаимосвязи между торговой политикой страны и стратегиями компаний. Цель исследования состоит в изучении подходов, которые позволят отечественным компаниям анализировать возможные последствия вступления страны в ВТО и принимать эффективные стратегические решения. Предлагается деление внешних факторов бизнеса на факторы макросреды и отраслевые факторы. Относя торговую политику к факторам макросреды, автор предлагает методологию анализа ее влияния на отраслевые факторы компании. Это позволит более точно учитывать угрозы и возможности, связанные с вступлением в ВТО, при разработке стратегии компании.
