Abstract

В статье исследуются конкурентные налоговые преимущества использования лизинга по сравнению с кредитом на основе выявления сути расходов, возникающих при данных способах финансирования. При описании схем денежных потоков двух вариантов финансирования конкурентное преимущество обнаруживается на основе показателя дисконтированной стоимости.
