Abstract

В статье раскрывается содержание корпоративного тайм-менеджмента и обосновывается его влияние на конкурентоспособность компании. Автор рассуждает о том, каким образом тайм-менеджмент может быть интегрирован в систему корпоративной культуры компании и какова степень участия в данном процессе топ-менеджеров. Рассматривается технология укоренения в компании корпоративной ценности «времясбережение» через управленческие установки, корпоративные регламенты, организационные ритуалы.
