Abstract

Антиконкурентные соглашения направлены на ущемление интересов потребителей и извлечение несправедливых сверхприбылей, признаются «главным злом конкуренции» и запрещены в большинстве стран мира. Цель статьи представить классификацию антиконкурентных соглашений. Рассмотрены основные виды антиконкурентных соглашений, которые проиллюстрированы примерами дел о нарушениях антимонопольного законодательства.
