Abstract

В ходе развития малые инновационные компании сталкиваются с рядом проблем. Перед компаниями и предпринимателями, стремящимися к развитию, всегда встает вопрос недостатка финансовых ресурсов, конкуренция за которые всегда достаточно жесткая. Тогда и возникает проблема поиска источников финансирования. Кроме того, инновационное развитие компаний напрямую связано с компетентностями специалистов, работающих в этих компаниях. В венчурном бизнесе команда является основным фактором успешной деятельности. Для инвесторов же ключевой фактор успеха доступ к наиболее перспективным проектам. Сейчас в России количество интересных компаний и проектов ограничено, поэтому среди венчурных фондов, институтов развития и бизнес-ангелов существует серьезная конкуренция. С другой стороны, для развития предпринимательских проектов между данными сторонами необходимо взаимодействие и сотрудничество.
