Оценка Параметров Конкурентных Преимуществ Инфраструктуры Туризма (На Примере Учреждений Туристского Профиля Наро-Фоминского Муниципального Района)

Abstract

В статье анализируются и оцениваются показатели конкурентоспособности учреждений туристского профиля с помощью методики оценки коэффициентов весомости и выявления конкурентных преимуществ (ключевых компетенций). Проведенный анализ позволяет сравнить параметры учреждений с точки зрения привлекательности (конкурентоспособности) для туристов, оценить качество предоставляемых услуг, повысить конкурентоспособность предприятия, а также предложить стратегию развития учреждений туристской сферы деятельности Наро-Фоминского муниципального района.
