Конкурентная Среда Росси : Необходимость Вмешательства И Практика Администрирования На Современном Этапе

Abstract

В статье проанализирована и обоснована необходимость государственного вмешательства в построение и функционирование конкурентной среды, показаны провалы рынка и государства, которые необходимо учитывать при осуществлении тех или иных экономических мер государственного регулирования, продемонстрирована эволюция конкурентной политики России от антимонопольного регулирования до первичной стадии управления конкуренцией и конкурентной средой. Предложены направления реконструкции органов государственного управления развитием конкуренции и конкурентной среды.
