Abstract

В данной статье предлагается классификация ключевых этапов развития российского рынка M&A на основе комплексной характеристики каждого периода. Автор выделяет шесть этапов становления и развития рынка слияний и поглощений в России, раскрывает наиболее существенные особенности сделок, институциональные предпосылки и макроэкономические условия. Особое внимание уделяется анализу динамики количественных и стоимостных показателей российского рынка M&A за период с 2008 г. по настоящее время и прогнозам на ближайшую перспективу.
