Abstract

В контексте решения задачи повышения конкурентоспособности муниципального образования деятельность органов местного самоуправления по реализации социальных и деловых инициатив рассматривается как инструмент капитализации населения, что является необходимым условием привлечения инвестиций и трудовых ресурсов, обеспечивающих социально-экономическое развитие территории и повышение качества жизни. Новизной авторского подхода является построение на методологической основе поссибилитарной управленческой парадигмы и общей теории конкурент-менеджмента особой модели управления инициативами населения.
