Abstract

Автор раскрывает международный рынок функциональных продуктов питания и пищевых добавок как новый растущий сегмент мирового продовольственного рынка, указывая на то, что в понимании структуры рынка и его объема нет единообразия. В статье определены основные и наиболее перспективные географические точки роста рынка, а также круг заинтересованных участников рынка. Обосновано, что основной проблемой развития рынка является несоответствие терминологии, понятий, используемых различными сообществами ученых.
