Abstract

В статье рассматривается несколько вопросов, связанных с применением антимонопольного законодательства и его влиянием на экономические процессы. Исследованы такие аспекты, как взаимосвязь антимонопольного регулирования и инновационной активности, адекватность терминов, используемых в нормативных актах и применимость понятия «географические границы рынка» для розничных рынков.
