Abstract

Цель статьи - краткий исторический обзор по вопросу присутствия в российском законодательстве темы антиконкурентных соглашений - картелей. Россия входит в число тех стран, где государству уже в середине XIX века стала очевидной общественная опасность антиконкурентных соглашений и необходимость борьбы с этим явлением. На современном этапе антимонопольное законодательство, составной частью которого является законодательство об антиконкурентных соглашениях - одна из самых динамично развивающихся отраслей российского права.
