Abstract

В современном мире продолжаются дискуссии о качестве человеческого капитала в организации и влиянии данного ресурса на конкурентоспособность субъектов профессионального предпринимательства. В связи с этим автор данной статьи изучает различные подходы к рассмотрению конкурентоспособности персонала и ее роль в конкуренции между субъектами предпринимательства. Целью работы является проведение анализа используемых в науке дефиниций конкурентоспособности персонала как субъекта трудовых правоотношений и выделение теорий, отражающих различные подходы к восприятию объекта конкурентоспособности на рынке труда, формы его организации, а также изучение системы качества человеческого капитала как основного фактора конкурентоспособности персонала, выявление его особенной роли во влиянии на конкурентоспособность субъектов предпринимательства.
