Консалтинговая Подержка Как Фактор Обеспечения Конкурентоспособности Субъектов Малого Бизнеса На Рынке Труда

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме обеспечения консалтинговой поддержки малых предприятий в области HR-менеджмента и ее влияния на их конкурентоспособность как работодателей. Сформулированы конкурентные преимущества, которые обеспечивает малому предприятию привлекательный имидж на рынке труда, определены необходимые для этого репутационные характеристики. Обоснована дополнительная актуальность консалтинговых услуг в области HR-менеджмента для рассматриваемой категории работодателей. Проведен анализ двух стратегических подходов к организации взаимодействия малого предприятия с консалтинговыми центрами. Сформулированы критерии выбора малым предприятием стратегического подхода на рынке консалтинговых услуг.
