Abstract

Попыток объяснить причины весьма сложной финансовой ситуации, с которой столкнулась мировая экономика, и найти рецепты выхода из нее сегодня предпринимается немало. В середине октября 2008 г. информационное агентство Bloomberg опубликовало «Индекс финансового состояния», который учитывает показатели денежного, акционерного и облигационного рынков. Авторы статьи убеждены, что в основе глобального системного кризиса, охватившего мировую экономику, по сути, лежит глубокий кризис моральных ценностей.
