Компетентностный Подход Как Основа Построения Профессиональных Образовательных Программ

Abstract

В приоритетном национальном проекте «Образование» серьезный акцент сделан на реализации идей компетентностного подхода. Этот подход вошел в систему образования в связи со сменой российской образовательной парадигмы и включением России в Болонский процесс. Сегодня практически все образовательные учреждения стоят перед задачей разработки профессиональных образовательных программ, направленных на подготовку специалистов, адекватных требованиям бизнес-сообщества и социальных организаций. Подготовка таких специалистов позволит обеспечить рост конкурентоспособности действующих и формирующихся промышленных производств и организаций, предоставляющих услуги. Автор данной статьи делится опытом формирования профессиональных программ в одном из ведущих российских вузов, ставя вопросы, требующие обсуждения не только в образовательной сфере, но и в бизнес-среде.
