Антикризисная Программа Мер Правительства Российской Федерации На 2009 Г. Как Антиконкурентная Стратегия

Abstract

В периодической печати все чаще появляются критические замечания к антикризисной программе правительства на 2009 г., которые касаются конкретных решений по сверхлимитному выделению дополнительного финансирования автопрому и ВПК, введения заградительных пошлин на отдельные виды продукции, административного регулирования банковского и финансового секторов, наконец, фактического отказа от необходимости изменения акцентов в структурной политике. В статье анализируются продекларированные в антикризисной программе и предпринимаемые властями шаги с точки зрения их влияния на создание или разрушение конкурентной среды в российской экономике.
