Abstract

«РостикГрупп» являетсядиверсифицированной компанией, куда входят ОАО «Росинтер Ресторантс Холдинг» (сетевые семейные рестораны полного обслуживания: «Иль Патио», «Планета Суши», «Американский Бар и Гриль», «Сибирская Корона», Т. G. I. Friday's, «1-2-3 кафе»), «Карлсон Туризм» (туристический бизнес), «КорпЭстейт» (недвижимость и логистика), «Плениа» (гипер-маркеты здоровья); кроме того, «Ростик Гоупп» на протяжении пяти лет был партнером стратегического альянса «Ростик!с-КГС», созданного с международной ресторанной компанией Yum! Brands (США), в июле 2010 года «РостикГрупп» вышла из альянса, продав свою долю Yum! Brands. В интервью сделан акцент на сегментах российского рынка общественного питания, где компания добилась наибольших успехов, а именно на сегменте быстрого обслуживания (фастфуда) и сегменте домашних ресторанов.
