Совершенствование Системы Законодательства В Области Обеспечения И Поддержания Конкурентной Среды

Abstract

Формирование конкурентной среды определяется не только набором системообразующих правил, но и соответствующими механизмами, которые делают данные правила жизнеспособными. Развитие конкуренции в России на современном этапе сдерживает несовершенство законов, инфраструктурные ограничения, преобладание политической мотивации над экономической. В статье рассматриваются вопросы становления и совершенствования системы законодательства в области поддержания конкурентной среды, важную роль в решении которых может сыграть государственно-частное партнерство, призванное установить устойчивые связи между наукой и рынком, обеспечить коммерциализацию результатов исследований и разработок.
