Abstract

В современном бизнесе конкурентные преимущества получают те компании, персонал которых работает эффективнее. При этом клиенты компании видят, как правило, только внешнюю сторону работы - ее сотрудников и не могут знать о том, к примеру, какие хорошие и выгодные для них (клиентов) идеи появляются у руководителей компании. В этих условиях профессиональный опыт, знания и личные качества сотрудников, контактирующих с клиентами компании, прямо и непосредственно приобретают особое значение. Для того чтобы персонал компании соответствовал тому имиджу, который стратегически важен для компании, им необходимо управлять. Один из секретов успешных компаний - в постоянном внимании и эффективном управлении трудноизмеримым человеческим ресурсом.
