Исследования Семейного Бизнеса В России: Подходы К Определению И Концептуальные Особенности

Abstract

Представлен обзор российских исследований, посвященных проблематике семейного бизнеса. Определены основные тренды и направления исследований. Описан эволюционный процесс развития категории «семейный бизнес» в российской научной среде: от первоначальной трактовки семейного предприятия как бизнеса главы семьи, в который вовлечены его родственники, до передаваемого по наследству семейного актива. Выявлена специфика концептуальных подходов к исследованию феномена семейного бизнеса, разработанных российскими авторами. Определены сходства и отличия исследовательских тематик, используемых методологических подходов и методического инструментария в российских и западных исследованиях семейного бизнеса. Сделаны выводы о повышении научного и практического интереса российских исследователей к проблеме институционализации механизмов преемственности семейного бизнеса и построения эффективной организационной культуры в семейных компаниях
