Abstract

В статье проанализирована дерминированная формированием информационного общества трансформация миссии университетов, в настоящее время включающая не только развитие человеческого капитала, но и создание знаний как конкурентоспособного продукта, обладающего существенной производственной и социальной значимостью. Показано, что инновационная деятельность университетов в России всегда сопровождается организационными изменениями, осуществляемыми в рамках концепции стадиального подхода, предполагающего сочетание естественного и субъективно рационального принципа и базирующегося на внутриорганизационной интеграции всех субъектов университетского этоса для совместных решений в области организационных изменений.
