Abstract

Данная статья раскрывает роль малого и среднего предпринимательства в национальной экономике. Дается сравнительный анализ показателей, характеризующих развитие малого предпринимательства в России, Южной Корее и Франции. Дана сравнительная характеристика двух законов, поддерживающих субъекты малого и среднего предпринимательства в сфере государственных закупок. Представлено авторское видение проблемы развития субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства в Российской Федерации и конкретизированные пути развития национальной экономики для решения данных проблем. Предложены две схемы, раскрывающие организацию взаимодействия крупного корпоративного сектора и сектора малых и средних предприятий в системе контрактных отношений, и осуществили анализ внутренних и внешних факторов развития малых и средних предприятий. Представлен опыт проведения электронных аукционов с участием субъектов малого предпринимательства на электронной площадке ЗАО «Сбербанк-АСТ».
