Abstract

В статье исследуется современное состояние институтов гражданского общества в России в контексте реализации принятого в 2014 г. федерального закона об основах общественного контроля. Анализируются достоинства и недостатки «ограничительной модели» общественного контроля, формализованной в законе, намечаются пути дальнейшего развития гражданского участия в управлении государством.
