Abstract

Рассматривается проблема согласованного развития разноуровневых экономических систем: налоговой системы государства и реального сектора экономики. Предлагается инструментарий моделирования и управления налогообложением, позволяющим обеспечить наполняемость доходной части бюджета государства и способствующим экономическому росту и развитию субъектов налогообложения. Описана оптимизационная модель определения налоговых ставок для групп однородных предприятий реального сектора экономики и по видам налогов как основа формирования эффективной налоговой системы.
