Abstract

В статье рассматривается потенциал сетевого обмена и сетевой взаимопомощи в сглаживании последствий бедности и снижении рисков социальной уязвимости и изоляции. Авторы констатируют низкую оценку респондентами роли государства и общественных организаций в преодолении проблем бедности и социальных рисков и высокий социальный капитал родственных отношений. Приведенные в статье данные, выводы и рекомендации базируются на основе данных глубинного интервьюирования 109 респондентов представителей различных социально-демографических групп г. Ростова-на-Дону и Ростовской области.
