Abstract

Региональные авиаперевозки признаются существенным фактором, определяющим не только транспортную доступность субъекта РФ, но и его экономическое развитие. В России потенциал регионального рынка авиаперевозок практически не используется. Для его развития кроме технологической подготовки к запуску региональных маршрутов требуется изучение рынка местных перевозок, спроса и предпочтений потребителей, что снизит неопределённость внешней среды и рыночные риски функционирования.
