Abstract

В статье рассматривается сопряженность процессов трансформации современных потребительских стандартов и выявления форм бедности, а также методик ее измерения в целях повышения эффективности государственной политики в этой сфере. Авторы приходят к выводу о том, что наибольшим методологическим потенциалом обладает многокритериальная оценка бедности, учитывающая абсолютную, относительную и субъективную линии бедности.
