Abstract

В статье уделено внимание изучению природы внутренних рынков труда в рамках Новой экономики персонала. Рассматриваются вопросы оптимизации взаимодействий в системе «работник-работодатель», а также следующие направления подобной «оптимизации»: теория человеческого капитала; модели стимулов; модели трудовых заданий; модели конкурсов. Анализируются мотивы интернализации труда, то есть закрепления работников в организации. Исследуется специфический человеческий капитал как важнейший элемент внутреннего рынка труда.
