Методология Анализа И Региональные Аспекты Формирования Социального Контракта В Современной России

Abstract

Автор статьи рассматривает процесс формирования в стране горизонтального социального контракта под углом контрактной специфики существующего в России государства. Анализ тенденции формирования нового социального контракта показал, что государство сохранило свои позиции автократора, строящего отношения с другими субъектами на принципах вертикального социального контракта. Однако возникающие на региональном уровне практики контрактного взаимодействия власти, бизнеса и населения делают возможным формирование в перспективе неклассического варианта горизонтального социального контракта с государством «помогающей руки».
