Правовые Проблемы Борьбы С Коррупцией Китая В Азиатско-Тихоокеанском Регионе И Пути Их Решения

Abstract

Цель: определить основные проблемы, с которыми сталкивается правосудие Китая при антикоррупционном пре- следовании, и найти пути их решения. Методы: метод анализа, общетеоретические методы познания. Результаты: в статье предпринята попытка системного анализа уроков истории и правовых проблем, стоящих перед КНР при осуществлении антикоррупционного преследования в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе в целях обеспечения его эффективности. Научная новизна: в исследовании предлагаются пути решения проблемы бегства от правосудия коррупционеров и делается попытка найти компромисс в вопросах международного сотрудничества в этой сфере. Практическая значимость: опыт Китая может быть использован в России для улучшения правовой системы борьбы с коррупцией и международного сотрудничества по вопросам уголовного правосудия.
