Abstract

Обозначены конституционно-правовые основы официального опубликования муниципальных нормативных правовых актов в электронных источниках; рассмотрены исторические предпосылки к созданию источника официального опубликования нормативных правовых актов муниципальных образований в Российской Федерации; проанализированы научные подходы к определению электронного источника официального опубликования муниципальных нормативных правовых актов; выдвинуты предложения по механизму создания и функционирования электронного источника официального опубликования муниципальных нормативных правовых актов в Российской Федерации.
