Abstract

На основе анализа разноуровневых нормативных правовых актов, трудов современных исследователей юридических проблем мониторинга правоприменения раскрывается понятие, содержание, принципы мониторинга правоприменения с теоретико-правовой точки зрения, его место и значение в построении правового государства; обосновывается место и роль мониторинга правоприменения в политико-правовой системе Российской Федерации; предлагаются способы его совершенствования и оптимизации с позиции юридической науки.
