Закон «Добра И Зла», Нелинейная Функция Справедливости, Политические Режимы И Деформации Политических Систем

Abstract

Автор вычислил и установил: 1) нелинейную формулу: D(Lкол) = – Lкол 3, которая отражает связь между деяниями субъектов правовых (общественных) отношений (D) и коллективной свободой (Lкол) – закон добра и зла; 2) нелинейную формулу: Y(D) = D3, отражающую связь между деяниями субъектов правовых отношений (D) и ответственностью за содеянное (Y) – нелинейная функция справедливости; 3) нелинейная формула: lинд=Lкол3+9Lкол2 +27Lкол+27 , которая показывает связь между индивидуальной (lинд) и коллективной свободой (Lкол) в отрицательной области определения функции (коллективная свобода отрицательна) и lинд=Lкол3+9Lкол2 +27Lкол+27 , отражающая связь между индивидуальной и коллективной свободой в положительной области определения функции (коллективная свобода положительна); 4) дана общая классификация политических режимов в свете описывающих их функций, показаны типы деформации политических систем, возникающие при левосторонних и правосторонних смещениях коллективной свободы.
