Abstract

На основе анализа нормативных основ процедуры лицензирования, государственной и общественной аккредитации основных образовательных программ в сфере высшего образования, критического рассмотрения основных направлений современной государственной политики в сфере образования подводятся итоги образовательной реформы, вносятся предложения по совершенствованию правового инструментария в сфере контроля и надзора в сфере высшего образования в Российской Федерации.
