Abstract

Разработана авторская методика конкурентоспособности, которая может применяться как к предприятиям промышленности, так и к мебельным производственным компаниям. При комплексной оценке конкурентоспособности используется многогранная шестиэтапная схема исследования, которая позволяет учесть все факторы и особенности оценки исследуемого бизнеса промышленной компании и выработать эффективные инструменты взаимодействия на отдельные, проблемные бизнес-блоки компании.
