Abstract

Разработан концептуальный подход к построению системы управления человеческими ресурсами в организациях здравоохранения на основе швейцарской модели управленческой культуры; разработана инновационная модель подготовки менеджеров здравоохранения в системе непрерывного профессионального образования; использован проблемно-ориентированной подход к обучению персонала медицинской организации с возможностью корректировки программы обучения в ходе ее непосредственной реализации.
