Методологические Особенности Управления Эффективностью Торговых Центров

Abstract

Цель: выявление особенностей и критериев управления эффективностью торговых центров. Методы: логический метод, анализ, синтез, а также осуществлялся системный подход к решению поставленных задач. Результаты: На основе оценки мнений разных ученых в сфере торговой деятельности, а также собственных исследований автора разработана методика управления эффективностью торговых центров на основе принципа действия синергетического эффекта входящих в него элементов. Научная новизна: Разработан новый методологический инструментарий, позволяющий управлять комплексной эффективностью торговых центров за счет критериальной оценки входящих в него элементов. Практическая значимость: Проявляется в возможности повышения эффективности финансово-хозяйственной деятельности как торговых центров в целом, так и входящих в него субъектов, в частности.
