Abstract

В статье рассматриваются одна из навязываемых России западных геоконцепций Единый энергетический рынок, а также внутренние директивы ЕС по газу и электричеству, Договор к европейской энергетической хартии. Показаны проблемы, возникающие с внедрением гражданского права в международное публичное, которое подтачивает международное право, принижает роль государств, лишает их суверенитета.
